Due to the nature of our essential oils and products and the peace of mind of our customers we cannot entertain, return, refund or exchange any oils or products. Please read the terms and conditions before purchasing any oil or product.

So in other words we will not return, refund or exchange any oils or products.

Please note that once the oil, oils, or products have been shipped or bought either from us (the GOILs website or a distributor) they are considered used and cannot be returned or refunded for any monetary amount and or new product in any way.
